Lamb Rack? Rack of Lamb?

Before roasting... Seasoned with rosemary(garden fresh!), thyme leave and cracked black pepper...

After roasting...

Would you like a bite? Would you?

Been a long time since I had lamb... Not my first time roasting meat, but certainly one of my most successful! The whole roast is 500gm and costed me $12... I ate it in one sitting... I eat a lot... As usual with most meat... Fatty... Oily... Tasty!
