Striploin steak... Known as the porterhouse steak in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom... One of the more pricey cut of steak! A very tender and very unused muscle... Characterized by a strip of fat at the side (THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE STEAK!)... Flavourful... Tender... Juicy...
Cooked to medium well and flavoured with salt, black pepper and a dash of grounded red chilli pepper... It is a delight to senses... =x
As they always say... One steak on plate is worth two on the cow...
